Kids Yoga Class

Service Description

Join Radhika Brinkopf of Interpreting Balance for a Kids Yoga Class. Classes are geared to children ages 3-6 years old and will include storytime and/or a craft. The goal of this class is to help children experience the many positive benefits of yoga such as improved emotional regulation, concentration, and focus in addition to building strength and physical fitness. Classes will be limited to 4-5 children at a maximum and payment will be collected at the time of the class via venmo or zelle. $15/Child Contact me at interpretingbalance@gmail.com to register your child.
